Click Save + Continue to finish and activate the integration.
After completing the setup, the new integration will be listed on the app dashboard where you can edit it or start a new one.
If you have selected today's date as your scheduled sync start date, your transactions will not appear in Xero until tomorrow.
If you need asssistance, you can close the wizard at any time and schedule a support session with one of our integration experts or contact your trusted accountant/bookkeeper for support. The integration will be saved as a DRAFT automatically.
Loyverse + Xero Integration captures all daily transactions from Loyverse and syncs all data in a summarised format to a single invoice output in Xero by mapping sales, payments and taxes, which can be tracked by products, by location and by categories.
For Payment types, the integration filters and allows to map Current Liability accounts. The Payment account must have the "Enable Payments to this Account" activated in the Xero account settings, so that the integration can use it for the Payment type payment mapping.
For gift cards, the integration filters and allows to map Current Liability accounts. The Gift Card account must have the "Enable Payments to this Account" activated in the Xero account settings, so that the integration can use it for the Gift Card payment mapping.
If you have revoked the access or changed credentials of an account connected to an integration, you can easily reconnect it by expanding the options menu and cliking the Reconnect (or Edit) button in the Connected accounts page.
