Unable to redirect to MYOB sign in page

Overview

  • When you try to connect your MYOB account and are not redirected to the MYOB sign in page, you might need to sign out from your MYOB account on your browser and device first.

Sign out from your MYOB account

You can try the following steps to sign out:

  1. Click or copy the link to your browser: https://secure.myob.com/oauth2/Account/LogOff

  2. Open your MYOB desktop app, go to the Services menu in your AccountRight company file and choose Sign out from AccountRight Live.

  3. Click Sign out. The company file will close and the Welcome window will appear.

  4. Once you’ve signed out from MYOB, go back to the integration settings and try connecting to MYOB again by signing in to your account.
