Overview of TrackTik + Xero integration

Connect TrackTik + Xero start syncing your daily invoices and payroll data as bills.

  • Billing
    • The integration will fetch all the approved invoices at the end of each trading day from TrackTik, and generate a copy for each one of them in Xero.
    • The bill items from TrackTik can be individually mapped to different products and services/accounts during the integration setup.
  • Wage expense
    • The integration will fetch all the approved and locked pay runs at the end of each trading day, and generate a bill for each pay run in Xero.
    • The bill line items categorisation format can be customised by adjusting the integration setup options as needed.

How to set up TrackTik + QBO integration

  1. Register or sign in to the Amaka dashboard to get started.

  2. Click the New integration button and select TrackTik + Xero from the integrations list to commence the setup.

  3. Sign in to your TrackTik account by clicking the Connect new account button underneath TrackTik logo. Follow the guided authentication process to grant all relevant permissions.

  4. Authenticate your Xero account following the guided authentication process, then click Save + Continue.

  5. Follow the wizard to choose your preferred configuration method, mapping and scheduler options to complete the setup of the integration.

  6. Click Save + Continue to finish and activate the integration.

If you have selected today’s date as your scheduled sync start date, your transactions will not appear in Xero until tomorrow.

At the beginning of your setup wizard, you’ll be able to choose your preferred configuration method from the options listed below.

Express configuration

The integration will automatically apply mapping settings from TrackTik into Xero by creating the following default accounts:
