TrackTik integrations troubleshooting

Overview

  • In case your data is not sync data as expected, please ensure that the following conditions are met.

Billing

Sync conditions:

  1. Only approved TrackTik invoices and credit memos with line items are included in the sync.
  2. Payments data is excluded from the sync.

Wage expense

Sync conditions:

  1. The integration will only sync approved TrackTik pay runs with line items.
  2. This requires your accounting app subscription to have Supplier Bills functionality.
