I can’t connect/authenticate my MYOB Essentials account.

The troubleshooting step below is applicable only if you are using MYOB Essentials.
MYOB recently rolled out a new MYOB Essentials cloud version. If you are using the new MYOB Essentials, you must select the MYOB AccountRight version of the integration to reauthenticate your account.
You can easily identify your MYOB Essentials version, by checking the URL used to access your MYOB account.
