Making changes to the preset accounts
You can make changes to the account codes or account names that were automatically created by the integration. However, changing the account category might cause issues with the mapping and sync. Please refer to the valid account types if you need to change the account category.
Deleting the Square Balance account will cause the integration to fail. If you’ve deleted this account and want to sync your Square data, you need to create a new integration. Refer to our setup guide for more information.
If you can’t see a ledger account in the mapping dropdown, edit the visibility of the ledger account.
Log in to Sage Business Cloud Accounting.
From Settings, then Business Settings, choose Chart of Accounts.
Open the ledger account you want to edit.
Select the appropriate Visibility. You can tick Sales, Other Payments and Other Receipts.
