Yes, you can sync BigCommerce store data to QuickBooks Online (NOT QuickBooks Desktop). Our free integration will sync a summary of your previous day’s sales into QBO as an invoice every day. It will also fast-track the reconciliation process for BigCommerce sales and payments.
Without an integration, you could manually enter all online sales and relevant data. Or, you can use an app that syncs data but requires manual sorting/reconciliation. But, these options would need you to spend at least a few hours every month on these tedious tasks.
There are many features to look for in a BigCommerce integration to QuickBooks. To start, the integration should be able to sync a range of transactions. For example, orders, payments, fees, gift cards, shipping charges and other data.
