How it works

When setting up the payment service within the integration settings, you can only select one branding theme (or invoice template). You can still activate the payment service to multiple branding themes within Xero in case you need to apply the payment service to multiple branding themes.

Apply the payment service to a branding theme

Add your payment service account to a branding theme so your customers can pay their invoices online. To do this:

1. Click on the organisation name, select Settings, then click Payment Services.
2. Under Active Payment Services, click Manage Themes.
3. For the branding theme you want, select the payment service provider.
4. Click Save.
