How to backsync my data
Overview
- How to backdate the scheduler to sync historical data
Having sales recorded into revenue accounts across the same days included in the historical sync may cause duplicates.
- Open the integration settings.
- On the left navigation panel, click Scheduler.
- Select the date and time from which you need to sync your data*.
- Click Save + Continue.
