Yes, you can sync Squarespace store data to Xero on a daily basis. Our free integration will sync a summary of your previous day’s sales into Xero as an invoice. It will also fast-track the reconciliation process for Squarespace sales and payments.
Yes! We offer a free Squarespace integration with Xero accounting software. The free plan is available for 1 store and allows for up to 60 orders every month.
There are a range of options available. With 2-Minute Express, the integration will create default accounts in Xero. Then, it will automatically map Squarespace sales and payments to these accounts.
The Advanced setup configuration allows for custom mapping. We recommend this to professional accountants and bookkeepers.

Yes! The Xero and Squarespace integration records transaction fees for each transaction. This includes third-party payment processors fees, like PayPal and Stripe. This means there are no associated errors when doing bank reconciliation.
Yes! The integration tracks Squarespace refunds and returns in Xero as a credit note. It records discounts and shipping fees as credit notes as well.
You can set when the Xero and Squarespace integration runs a daily sync. As a default, it’s set to 3am in your local time. Additionally, you can back sync your data by up to 12 months depending on what plan you’re on. Our support team can help you with this process.
