Yes! We offer a free Shopify integration with Sage accounting software. The free plan is available for 1 store and allows for up to 60 orders every month.

Yes! The Shopify + Sage integration is currently available for users globally.

There are a range of options available. For the 2-Minute Express setup configuration, the integration will automatically map sales and payments from Shopify into Sage by creating default accounts. Advanced setup configuration allows for custom mapping. We have a help guide on how to set up the Shopify + Sage integration on your own. Yes! Any refunds or returns from Shopify are tracked by the integration and updated in Sage as a credit note. This includes showing discounts and shipping fees as separate line items on the credit note.

You can set when the Shopify + Sage integration runs a daily sync. As a default, it’s set to 3am in your local time. Additionally, you can back sync your data by up to 12 months depending on what plan you’re on. Our support team can help you with this process.
